On my first week of summer i spent my time relaxing and finished a book which i believe is one of the best ones i have read. I finished the book Crank by Ellen Hopkins. This book was very interesting, because it shows a lot of strong material that is being lived in the world daily. Crank is about this girl named Kristina. She has been the pefect daughter ay parent could ever ask for. She was perfect n almost every sense. Unfortunately when summer came, she went to visit her drug addict father and everything changed for her. There she met this guy who was a neighbor of her fathers'. Kristina had never been with a guy before, so when the guy Adam had interest in her she took full advantage of it. what made this book more interesting was that as Kristina met Adam, i could realize that she had some kind of personality disorder because she changed her name to Bree. Throughout the novel she is always talking of how there are two people living inside of her and she cannot control who she is. o to this personality issue, Kristina gets hooked up to the drug crank. This changed her life completely. Shen she got back home to her mother, Kristina is a totally different person. The only thing she cared about was getting to the crank, the monster as she called it. Kristina basically threw her life out the window. It was her senior year and she was barely passing her classes, she spent he time grounded until further notice for almost a year, lost all of her friends, and to finish it of, she got pregnant by a guy that raped her. Kristina then falls in love with another guy, who loves her and accepts to take care of her and the baby, but he leaves to college and says that he will come back. There the story ends and will continue i the sequel Glass. This book was pretty amazing. The best part was that it was written in a poem style, so that made me interested in the book the entire time. I plan to start he sequel and see how Kristina/Bree's life ends up.

My brother knows how much I love medicine and that I expect to become a doctor someday. He bought me this book about surgeries, which also has a lot of pictures in it. This week i saw how a Hysterectomy was done.

During my third week of summer, I went to Miami with my best friend Arielle. I stayed over with her at her aunt's house. She was really nive and really made me feel at home.She spoke English most of the time. Mrs. Rosy Bild took us to many fun activities. We went shopping, to the movies, a wedding, and even the beach. In most of the places I always met new people. That what I love most of summer; meeting new people. At the beach we got really burned and Arielle even got sick.When we went to the movies, we saw Killers. The movie was just hilarious, We also went to see Toy Story 3. We creid a lot. We also got to see our friend Camila, we went to celebrate her mother's birthday over at the restaurant Jaguar. I really enjoyed the trip, I wish I would have stayed longer.

Throughout this week, I read this really interesting article about Angelia Jolie and her kids. It was an intervie with Vaniti Fair Magazine. Angelina was talkig about how all of her kids are growing and developing their own personality. For example, she said how Shiloh wants to be a boy. When she described Shiloh, she said that she always dressed like a boy and she even had to cut Shiloh's hair short just like a boy. Shiloh believes she is one of the brothers. Angelina also said that her eldest son Maddox was really intelligent an dloved history. That he does really well in school. Angelina believes that when Maddox grows up, he could travel the world and learnd about different places. Agelina also talked about how Zahara enjoys talking and is so elegant. Her youngest, Knox and Vivienne are the boy and the girl; Vivienne is really girly, and Knox is manly dude. Altough Anelina is not married to Brad Pitt, she talked about how being married to him really did not matter because she already felt like she was, and also that having kids is a much bigger commitment that mariage. They are living a really happy life with their kids despite all the rumors.
This week, i started my trip on to Italy. I left Honduras on the 28, but onfortunetly we lost our connection over to Frankfurt and also to florence. We had to stay in Houston, Texas for two nights. One day, we went shopping over to Nordstrom to the Junior section. After paying we recieved free entrnaces to go an see the pre-premiere of ECLIPSE!!! The best part was that we went for free. Going to the theater was a complete adventure. We were four people, and one of my friends had the wonderful idea to go and buy matching Eclipse t-shirts one hour before the event began. We had to run from the Hotel all the way tothe Mall to find t shirts. First we went to a CVS which was a complete waste of our time. After we went to the mall back to Nordstrom where we did not find anything. We ended up buying 20 dollar t shirts at Hot Topic. The worst part comes next. We were already late for the pre premiere and we could not find the hotel shuttle or a cab to take us. We spent alsmost 20 minutes finding a wat to get there. After running so much from the Hotel all the way to the mall, we still had to run from one end of the mall all the way to the other end where the Westin Galleria was. There the Valet did not want to get us a cab because he was disgusted by Twilight fans, but he was just joking. At the en dwe got there about 10 minutes before it started. The movie was amazing, the best one of Twilight saga so far.
